What we are building now

The honest list, in the order it is being worked on. Some of this runs in a real clinic today; some of it is waiting on paperwork rather than code. If one of these is the reason you would switch, that is exactly what we want to hear in the form below.

  1. Working now

An AI receptionist that actually books

She answers the phone, knows who is calling before she says hello, books into the diary and writes up the call. Running on a real clinic line today.

  2. Working now

    Online booking

Patients book themselves from a page of your own. The same availability engine the diary runs on, so it cannot double-book you.

  3. Working now

    Reminders and two-way texts

Reminders go out on a schedule and replies come back into an inbox rather than to a phone in somebody’s pocket.

  4. Working now

    A patient portal

Their own appointments, their own documents, and whatever a practitioner has released to them. No app to install.

  5. Working now

    Classes, waiting lists and packs

Group sessions with a roll, a waiting list that fills a cancellation, and prepaid packs that spend themselves down.

  6. Working now

    Bring your data across

Your stock list out of Nookal, read straight in — prices corrected for the way they store GST, which is the part that quietly costs money.

  7. Being built

    On-the-spot claiming

Claims are tracked and remittances imported today. Sending a live claim needs a Tyro or HICAPS agreement and Services Australia registration — paperwork, not code.

  8. Being built

    Online payments

Card payments through a terminal are recorded now. Taking payment from a link needs a gateway and a merchant account.

  9. Next

    Home exercise programs

Not started. Tell us whether you would use one built in, or keep the tool you already have.

  10. Next

    Xero and MYOB

Not started. A clean export is the intention, rather than replacing your accountant’s software.

  11. If you want it

    Multi-site reporting

One view across several clinics for a group that owns more than one. Ask, and it moves up.
